1. What is 8-Bit Archive?

8-Bit Archive is an online store specializing in Pokémon trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and collectibles... For now! We offer a wide selection of singles, booster packs, boxes, and graded cards for collectors and players alike.

2. Do you sell authentic Pokémon cards?

Yes! We only sell 100% authentic Pokémon cards sourced from reputable distributors, private collections, and grading companies.

3. Where are you located?

We operate online but are based in [Your Location]. While we don’t have a physical storefront yet, we offer fast shipping and excellent customer service for all your Pokémon needs!

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Store Gift Cards (if applicable)

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

6. Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?

No, We don't offer pre-orders on select upcoming Pokémon TCG products. Due to the high demand for new products we are waiting for our allocations before listing, all listings will go live day of release at a random time.

Shipping & Delivery

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

8. How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic (U.S.): Estimated time, 3-7 business days
  • International: Estimated time, 7-21 business days

9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at the end depending on the carrier and service selected. We have included flat rates to assist in normalizing costs for low cost bulk or low value singles.

10. How can I track my order?

Orders over 10$ will receive a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in your account.

Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on sealed products within days of delivery, as long as they remain unopened and in original condition and buyer pays shipping costs. Singles, graded cards, and mystery boxes are final sale and not eligible for returns.

12. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. 

13. My order is missing an item. What should I do?

If you receive an incomplete order, contact us immediately so we can correct it.

14. Do you buy Pokémon cards?

15. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re looking to buy in bulk, contact us for special pricing on larger orders.

Graded Cards & Authentication

16. Do you sell PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards?

Yes! We offer a variety of professionally graded Pokémon cards. Each graded card is authenticated and encapsulated by the respective grading company.

18. Do you have a rewards program?

Not yet! But we are looking to get it squared away very soon. Sign up for our emails to learn more about our loyalty program launch.

19. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts, perfect for Pokémon fans.
