How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.

How do i place an order?

You can view our entire product range at your ease. If you already know what you are looking for, you can breezily browse through our categories or use the Search function on our webpage.

Once you have selected an item, choose the color, the size and the quantity (please refer to the Size Guide if you need help to find the right size), and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.

When you confirm your selected items to purchase (including discount, donation, delivery time and greeting card), you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We genuinely suggest you checkout with an account as you will be able to benefit a lot.

The last step provides you with an general-view of your order and allows you to edit your billing address and shipping address.

Once you have successfully placed your order and finished the payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your order. You will receive a separate confirmation e-mail when the order is dispatched. If you need support or any problem should occur, please write us an email.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Which payment methods does you offer?

We accepts payments via Paypal, credit card. Please be aware that we do not accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax, but only pre-paid orders.

Is there a minimum order value?

There's no minimum amount that has to be ordered. But please note that has the final right to accept your order or not as indicated in the Terms and Conditions .Click here to read Terms and Conditions in full.

Where do i apply the coupon code?

There will be notifications on the check-out page.

What should i do if the coupon code doesn't work?

Please be aware that two coupon codes cannot be used at one order. Also, it cannot be applied on saled items either.

Also, please don't forget to click on the "Apply" button after you enter the coupon code. If that still doesn't work, please feel free to pay your order first and then write us an email us here

How do I know if my order is being processed?

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you once we start to process your order. And the Shipped Confirmation email will inform that the order is already on its way to the shipping address.

Can i change my order after i place it?

We sincerely remind you to check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing the order. And you may write us an email on contact us page  for help if you want to change your order after it's placed. The order can not be changed after it's shipped.

Can i cancel my order?

You can not cancel your order after the receipt of Order Confirmation. Please write us an email  or visit our Live Chat for help if you need to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order for you, either. In that case, please sign the parcel first and then refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if you refuse to sign the parcel.

Can i alter the shipping adress after i place my order?

You can write us an email  or visit our Live Chat for help ASAP if you want to change your shipping address before the order is shipped. If the order is already shipped, we are truly sorry that we can not change the address for you. In that case, please keep a close eye on the tracking information and contact the shipping company when the time is right.

Which countries does you ship to?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, no minimum purchase!

Do you offer express shipping?

No, We don't.

Will i get a confirmation when the order is shipped?

We will send you a Shipped Confirmation email when the entire order is shipped out.

What should i do if the parcel i receive is not the complete order?

We might divide your order into several parcels to ship. If the parcel you receive is not the complete order, please contact our Customer Service for confirmation.
